Ihab has more than 40 working years in various industry segments including Healthcare, Oil & Gas, Business & Operational Consulting; he has assumed several Technical, Operational, Senior Management & Consulting positions in various Local & Regional Organizations .Ihab has a B.Sc. of Biomedical Engineering as well as Biomedical Engineering Diploma from the University of Compiegne France. In his capacity as an Advisor to the former Minister of Health Egypt, Ihab had also played some significant Technical & Managerial roles in Country-Wide Development Healthcare Projects such as the Establishment of the New Egyptian Ambulance Authority, Organizational Development of the Biomedical Engineering and various Mega Turn-Key Construction & Maintenance of Healthcare Facilities Projects within the Ministry of Health. Ihab is the Chairman of Egyptian Biomedical Engineering Society EBMES and Alameda's Healthcare Group Chief Biomedical Engineer.

Ahmed has over 18 years of experience in healthcare technical consulting, healthcare project management, medical equipment planning, and hospital planning, operations, and maintenance. He brings a deep understanding of Medical Equipment Technology from both vendor and customer perspectives, complemented by hands-on experience in the research and development of medical equipment design. In addition to his professional work, Ahmed has strong academic exposure teaching Clinical Engineering and Healthcare Organization Management across multiple universities in Systems and Biomedical Engineering departments.

Hany Azmy

Hany Azmy is a technology leader with over two decades of experience in software architecture, system design, and large-scale enterprise application rollout. He spent more than 15 years with Barclays Investment Banking in New York, leading complex technology initiatives that supported front-office operations and data integration. His career also includes work in hedge fund administration, healthcare information systems in Malvern, Pennsylvania, and data mining projects in New Jersey. At HIC, Hany leads the design and evolution of AEON, a next-generation platform that transforms how hospitals and institutions manage assets, maintenance, and compliance. His leadership blends strategic vision with practical innovation, ensuring AEON’s solutions are both intelligent and impactful in real-world operations.
